How to start sending emails securely
Sign in to your AirHealth account
If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgot my password’ prompts.
Tip! Have your registered email window open. You'll need quick access to enter a verification code.
Once in, you can set up your practice profile or ignore this and choose to use secure emailing only.

To send an email, access Secure Correspondence tab at the top menu in your online practice portal
Once you have activated your account, you’re ready to start corresponding securely!
Start sending secure emails
Click “Compose Email” and fill in as prompted
Once you hit ‘Send’, you will see the following record of the secure email you sent
You can track when emails are opened via the hourglass icon and cancel access anytime
Whenever you send a file, the recipient will get two emails to ensure that patient records are transferred securely while also
reducing the chance of unauthorised access.
This provides information on the sender, patient name, and a link to where the files can be downloaded
using the access code provided in email #1.
